Sorry you're having trouble using your Glede gift card online! Let's look at some possibilities:
Should you have received a verification code by SMS? Read here how to fix it.
Check that you are using the correct card information: Tap "View card details" on the home screen of the Glede app to see your card number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code.
Check that the site you're shopping on isn't categorized as illegal in our systems (e.g. gambling or pornography). Here you can see a full list of places that you cannot use the Glede gift card.
Make sure you don't try to make withdrawals or money transfers as this is not possible with the Glede card.
