Use a promo code

🧑‍🏫 Add a code in the application

You can now add a promo code to your wallet at any time — even outside a charging session.

From your promo code wallet (menu):

  1. Open the application and log in to your account

  2. Go to the Promo codes section from the menu

  3. Enter your code and validate — it will be saved to your wallet for future use

  4. Your code will be automatically applied at your next eligible charge

During a charging session:

  1. Open the application and start the charging flow

  2. On the payment method selection page, your saved codes will appear automatically — select the one you want to apply

  3. Check that the discount is applied correctly before finalizing your transaction

💡 You can also enter a new code directly on the payment page if you haven't added it to your wallet yet.


🪙 What is the promo code wallet?

Your wallet stores all your promo codes in one place. It lets you:

  • Add codes anytime, even when you're not at a charging station

  • See at a glance which codes are available, already used, or expired

  • Automatically apply the most relevant code when you start a charge — no manual entry needed

💡 The wallet supports charge promo codes and referral codes only.
It does not apply to Electra+ subscription promo codes.


💡 Important points to remember

  • All promo codes have a limited validity period and/or specific conditions of use.

  • Codes that cannot be applied at your current station (different country, expired, usage limit reached, etc.) will appear greyed out in your wallet.

  • A promo code must always be entered without spaces, accents or capital letters (watch out for auto-fill on some phones!).

  • The type of account selected (business or personal) may affect code eligibility.


⛑️ What to do if the discount code doesn't work?

An error message is displayed in red when the code entered cannot be taken into account by the application.

Here are the first things to check:

  • The validity date of the code

  • That the code is entered without spaces, accents or capital letters

  • The type of account selected (business or personal)
