🔄 Update Process
If the status has recently changed in the Bolt app but is not yet reflected in the Electra app, here's how to proceed:
Make sure you are logged into your Electra account with the same phone number used for Bolt
Take a screenshot of your current status in the Bolt app
Contact our customer service via the app chat or by email
💳 Check Associated Rates
Here are the rates including tax corresponding to each Bolt status:
Bolt Bronze: €0.47/kWh
Bolt Silver: €0.30/kWh
Bolt Gold: €0.24/kWh
Bolt Platinum: €0.18/kWh
⚠️ If you have both an ELECTRA+ subscription and a Bolt status, the ELECTRA+ subscription rate will be automatically applied. To benefit from the Bolt rate, you will need to wait until the end of your ELECTRA+ subscription.
