Request a Bolt Status Change

Bolt status updates are generally made at the beginning of the month.


🔄 Update Process

If the status has recently changed in the Bolt app but is not yet reflected in the Electra app, here's how to proceed:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Electra account with the same phone number used for Bolt

  2. Take a screenshot of your current status in the Bolt app

  3. Contact our customer service via the app chat or by email


💳 Check Associated Rates

Here are the rates including tax corresponding to each Bolt status:

  • Bolt Bronze: €0.47/kWh

  • Bolt Silver: €0.30/kWh

  • Bolt Gold: €0.24/kWh

  • Bolt Platinum: €0.18/kWh

⚠️ If you have both an ELECTRA+ subscription and a Bolt status, the ELECTRA+ subscription rate will be automatically applied. To benefit from the Bolt rate, you will need to wait until the end of your ELECTRA+ subscription.
