Request a Bolt Status Change

Bolt status updates are generally made every business day (excluding weekends and public holiday).


🔄 Update Process

If the status has recently changed in the Bolt app but is not yet reflected in the Electra app, here's how to proceed:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Electra account with the same phone number used for Bolt

  2. If, after 48 hours, the status hasn't been updated, the right point of contact is Bolt's Support team.


💳 Check Associated Rates

Here are the rates including tax corresponding to each Bolt status:

  • Bolt Bronze: €0.53/kWh

  • Bolt Silver: €0.47/kWh

  • Bolt Gold: €0.35/kWh

  • Bolt Platinum: €0.23/kWh

  • Bolt Diamond: €0.17/kWh

⚠️ If you have both an ELECTRA+ subscription and a Bolt status, the ELECTRA+ subscription rate will be automatically applied. To benefit from the Bolt rate, you will need to wait until the end of your ELECTRA+ subscription.
