ELECTRA+ subscription could not be renewed

There are several reasons why the ELECTRA+ subscription may not have been renewed. When this happens, an email is sent to notify of the subscription cancellation.


🔎 Possible reasons

Several reasons can explain the renewal failure:

  • Banking card associated with the subscription has been deleted

  • Banking card has expired

  • Insufficient funds in your account


💳 Update payment method

If you change your banking card, it is essential to update the card associated with your subscription from the ELECTRA+ tab.

Even if a new banking card has been added to the application, we do not have the legal authorization to charge the subscription to this new payment method, since it is not the one associated with the subscription. You will therefore need to update the payment method:

  1. In the application, go to the ELECTRA+ tab

  2. Select "Payment methods"

  3. Add a new card or update the existing one


🔄 Reactivate subscription

  1. Access the ELECTRA+ tab from the application menu

  2. Choose the subscription plan

  3. Add the payment method

  4. Confirm the subscription


⏱️ Transition period

During the period when the subscription is deactivated, the standard public rate will apply.

Once the subscription is reactivated, the preferential rate will be applied again for future charges.
