ELECTRA+ is a monthly subscription, only available via the app, which allows to benefit from preferential rates on loads on the entire Electra network ⚡️
Two offers are available:
4,99€-CHF/month - Profitable from the first charging session (35kWh) ⚡️
Rate per kWh : Depends on the country in which the charge takes place
Ideal for : occasional users and holidaymakers.
19,99€-CHF/month - Profitable from the second charging session (70kWh) ⚡️
Rate per kWh : Depends on the country in which the charge takes place
Ideal for : frequent users and professionals.
With no commitment, this offer can be cancelled at any time, offering total flexibility.
💡 When canceling a plan, the subscription will run until the end of the ongoing month.
💰 Take advantage of the subscription rate in another country than the subscription one
Once you've subscribed to ELECTRA+, preferential rates apply to all charges made on our network.
The monthly price remains 4.99€-CHF and 19.99€-CHF, but discounts depend on the country in which the charges are made.

💰 What if the ELECTRA+ rate doesn't apply to a charging session?
There are various reasons why the ELECTRA+ rate was not taken into account when a charging session was initiated:
The charge was initiated from the terminal directly by bank card. It is therefore not possible to establish a link between the charge and the subscriber account.
The charge was initiated using a roaming badge as a means of payment. When payment is made via a charging badge, billing for the charge depends on the badge operator, so the ELECTRA+ rate cannot be applied.
The subscription was made after the charge was launched. The subscription must be active when the charge is launched. In the case of a reservation, the subscription must be active when the reservation is launched for the rate to apply.
💡 ELECTRA+ rates only apply to charges made on an Electra station from the Electra app.
They do not apply on the stations of other Spark Alliance members.
