To subscribe to ELECTRA+, simply go to the ELECTRA+ tab in the Electra app 📱
Once on the webpage, the option to choose between the two plans is given.
💡 Good to know : the button "Which offer is right for me?" give more information about each plan to choose the right one based on your usage.
💳 A payment method is already set up
If bank cards have already been added to the Electra App, these will be showing as an option to choose from in the Payment method section.
ℹ️ It is possible to choose the card on which the subscription will be billed.
Once the payment made, a page confirming the ELECTRA+ subscription is active will pop-up.
📵 No payment method has been set up yet
If no payment method is active in the app, you'll need to close the web page and go to the Payment methods tab in the Electra App to add your credit card.
Once added, it will be possible to select the bank card as a payment method for the subscription.
📫 Subscription confirmation
Once the subscription has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the Electra account.
