Autocharge feature can be disabled at any time, with just a few clicks 😌
⚙️ How to disable Autocharge?
From the main menu of the app, in the Vehicles tab, select the right vehicle, then Edit vehicle > Autocharge and finally, click on Disable Autocharge.
A message pops-up to confirm the feature has been disabled 👇
💡 Disabling this feature doesn't mean the data linked to launching these charging sessions will be deleted. These information are accessible from the Charging history in the app 🤓
⏳ What if the vehicle isn't synchronized yet?
Synchronization is sometimes necessary to activate the Autocharge feature (pairing the vehicle with the payment method).
If the vehicle is still awaiting synchronization, you can still disable the feature 👇
