Introduction

The integration between Golfmanager and Bucket Pros ball machine allows the player to buy ball products in the golf reception, get a ticket with an 8 digit code, and use this code in the Bucket Pros machine, to get a basket of balls.

Authorisation form

In order to authorise the integration between the company and the system through an API, you will previously have to send the document completed and signed by both parties to Golfmanager. For more information, go to the following link.

Installation by the Golfmanager team

Section: Settings Menu > General Settings > App Center

For the integration with our system it is necessary to install on the tenant:

  • The API module V1

  • The bucketpro module

Configuration by the club

Section: Configuration Menu > Bucket Pro > Configuration

  • API Host URL. Bucket Pro API service URL https://managementservice-dev.azurewebsites.net

  • API Key. Required field. Access key to the API service. It must be provided by Bucket Pro's company.

  • Site identifier. Required field. It must be provided by the Bucket Pro company.

  • Number of balls. You have to enter the number of balls per basket

Section: Configuration Menu > Billing > Products

Within the product page, you will see a new field in the Custom Fields section:

  • Is this a ball product? Activate/Deactivate this option. All products that must generate a code to be used in the machine to get balls, must be activated.

Section: Main Menu > POS

From the Tickets tab, a QR code icon will appear. Thus, every time a ticket is generated, the user must click on this icon to generate and print the 8-digit code. The system will validate how many balls are in the ticket, and print the number of codes needed. Each code can be used 1 time, in the Bucket Pros machine.

After printing the codes:

  • The icon will turn green and can be used for reprinting if necessary.

  • If the icon turns red, it means that there is no ball product on the ticket, so no code will be printed.
