🧾 Background Invoicing for High-Volume Sales
Invoice generation for orders of 100 or more sales is now processed in the background, preventing interface slowdowns. A real-time progress bar, time estimates, and a detailed task view give full visibility while handling large billing volumes efficiently.
💳 Mandatory Payment Method by Product
You can now define a required payment method per product. During checkout, the system validates the selected payment method to ensure it aligns with your club’s configured billing rules, thereby enhancing control and compliance.
🔔 Automatic End-of-Installment Reminders
Now, with the implementation of automatic reminders, you can send emails to customers automatically on the days leading up to their subscription expiration. This improvement introduces a new configurable setting called ‘Subscription Expiration Reminder,’ along with a scheduled task that runs periodically

A new advanced product setup system lets you define custom option screens with labels and extras, tailored for both the POS and digital kitchen display.
Supports multiple screens per product, with required/optional selections, single or multiple choice modes, and improved multi-step selection flow. Also enables accurate kitchen label management for smoother preparation.
🖥️ Pending Reservations Alert on Restaurant Map
An informative pop-up is now displayed before opening the action menu when a table has previous reservations with outstanding charges.
Golfmanager automatically flags these tables with colour-coded visual indicators based on status. This allows staff to clearly see any pending amounts before assigning a new reservation, reducing billing oversights and improving control.
🚫 Prevention of Nested Recipes and Product Exclusivity Rules
An exclusivity rule has been introduced to prevent products from being both divisible and ingredient-based at the same time. Incompatible options are now automatically disabled, avoiding the use of ingredient-based products within other products.
This validation ensures accurate cost calculation and stock control from the outset, reducing configuration errors.

🎨 Redesigned Profile Menu in the Online Booking Portal
We've introduced a redesigned customer profile menu with a cleaner layout and improved visuals.
The update includes a new "Other Profiles" section for accounts with login access, and a customisable menu order for items like QR, Bookings, Purchases, Vouchers, Invoices, Contacts, and Fees.
🧾 SEPA Receipts View with Invoice Download in the Online Booking Portal
Players can now access a dedicated SEPA Receipts view in the Online Booking Portal. From the My Receipts section, they can review issued SEPA charges and download the associated invoices in PDF format, improving transparency and self-service access to billing information.
🗓️ Table Capacity Filtering for Restaurant Reservations
When selecting the number of guests, tables that do not meet the required capacity are now shown as unavailable on the reservation map.
A clear “Not available” label has also been added to the Online Booking Portal. If no suitable tables exist, users will see a “No availability” message, improving clarity and reducing booking errors.

Column headers have been added to the availability table in the Online Booking Portal’s member reservation view. Start times and resource names are now clearly displayed, providing better context at a glance.
This improvement makes availability easier to understand and speeds up the selection of preferred tee times and courses.

🤖 AI Assistant for Email Template Editing
A new Golfmanager AI module has been introduced to help create and edit email templates using artificial intelligence. Users can now describe the type of email they need, and Golfmanager automatically generates ready-to-use HTML.
This removes the need for manual code editing and speeds up the creation of communications such as welcome emails.
❎ Full Cancellation Tracking in Compliance with Verifactu (Spain only)
An automated system is now in place to log invoice cancellations and corrections in line with Verifactu regulations. Each record includes links to the original invoice, TBAI codes, and required metadata (timestamp, hash, signature). The interface also lets you view cancellation history, monitor Verifactu submission status, and ensure compliance through built-in validations.
📊 New Smart Panel Module for Embedding External Dashboards
The new Smart Panel module allows you to embed external dashboards via a URL directly within Golfmanager’s interface using an iframe.
Ideal for clubs using Power BI or other BI tools, this feature streamlines access to external data without leaving the platform or opening new tabs.

Custom Resource Naming in Online Booking Areas: Four new fields have been added to booking area settings, allowing clubs to customise how resources are labelled in the online portal (singular/plural names for both resource and resource type). This enhancement helps tailor terminology to your facility—whether courts, rooms, courses or ranges—offering clearer, more contextual communication for players.
Booking Search by Notes and Comments: You can now search bookings using internal notes or customer comments, making it easier to locate reservations with specific requests (e.g. “prefers electric buggy” or “bringing a guest”). Any notes linked to a booking are also shown directly in the search results—no need to open the full booking details.
Multipack Field Added to Bookings: A new Multipack field is now available on bookings created from a pack. This makes it easy to identify which pack each reservation belongs to, improving traceability and simplifying reservation management for your club.

When operating from a specific POS, only the payment methods configured for that terminal are displayed. This reduces errors at checkout and ensures a smoother, more consistent payment process.

Sun Accounts Report Export: A new module is now available to export invoices and receipts in Sun Accounts format. The system generates compliant text files and offers configuration options such as currency, journal type, customer accounts, and version. This simplifies integration with Sun Accounts and streamlines financial reporting workflows.

New “Has Value / Is Empty” Filter Option: A new filter type has been added to table views, allowing you to filter records based on whether a field has a value or is empty—ideal for spotting incomplete entries or validating required fields.
Improved Handling of Zero in Decimal Configuration: Decimal settings now correctly distinguish between “not set” (defaults to 2 decimals) and “set to 0” (shows whole numbers). Validation has also been added to prevent entering more decimals than allowed in text fields.
Visual Badge for Daily Notes: A blue badge now appears on the Daily Notes icon when there are notes created for the current date. Similar to notifications, it helps users quickly identify notes pending review.
“Accept” Button Added to Multi-Select Pop-up: In multi-select mode, the selection pop-up now includes an Accept button at the bottom. Selected options are stored temporarily and only applied once confirmed, giving users greater control and reducing accidental changes.

Sanction Validation for Draw Registrations: Clients with active sanctions can no longer register for draws via the Online Booking Portal. The system checks the sanction’s expiry date—if it’s still active on the draw date, registration is blocked.
Multi-Category Filter in Online Activities: The category filter on the Online Booking Portal’s Activities page now supports multi-selection, allowing users to view and filter activities across multiple categories at once.
GM App | Distance Filter: A new distance filter has been added to the GM App filter panel. Using a configurable slider from 0 to 250 km, users can now easily filter clubs by maximum distance, helping players find nearby courses more quickly and accurately.

Verifactu – Regulatory compliance updates (Spain only)
Custom exemption reasons by tax type: You can now define specific exemption reasons for each tax type to meet legal requirements when applying VAT exemptions.
Option to disable cancellation record submission: A new setting allows clubs to manually manage cancellations by disabling their automatic submission to Verifactu.
Invoice date validation: The system now blocks the submission of invoices dated in the previous month, ensuring compliance with the legal requirement to report within the same fiscal period.
Improved send queue logic: Invoices marked as excluded from Verifactu (sendToVerifactu = false) are now correctly skipped in the submission queue, preventing unnecessary processing.
Access Control | BIC Field Added to Sales List: The Access Control module has been extended to include the BIC field in the sales listing. This enhancement provides clearer banking information directly from Access Control, improving financial visibility and reconciliation processes.
