📊 Reports Module

🆕 New Billing Dashboard with Full Financial Overview

The new Billing Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your financial performance, including key metrics such as total invoicing, payments received, outstanding balances, and tax breakdowns.

You can apply filters by date, category, company, user, POS, and invoice type, helping you drill down into the data that matters most to your operation.

⚠️ This feature is currently in beta.


🆕 New Booking Dashboard with Heatmap View

A new visual report is now available, showing booking activity through a heatmap by week, day, and hour, or occupancy levels.

You can filter by resource type and view relative usage at a glance, with detailed indicators on hover.


🆕 New Pro-Shop Dashboard with Key Metrics

We’ve added a new Pro-Shop dashboard featuring key metrics like sales, cost, margin, stock value, adjustments, transfers, baskets, top-selling products, and top suppliers.

You can filter by date, product, or area, among others, and a future update will introduce improved visuals with charts for easier data interpretation.


📆 Online Booking Portal

📄 New “Licences” Section in the Player’s Private Area

A new “Licences” section is now available in the private area of the Online Booking Portal.

Players can now view their active licences and register new ones directly — a task previously limited to admins, making licence management easier and more autonomous.

*Requires the associated module from the App Market.

🛍️ POS Module

  • New Surcharge Button on the POS: A new button allows you to apply a percentage-based surcharge directly to the ticket total. Ideal for adding fees (e.g., 30%) quickly, without adjusting prices manually, making specific transactions faster and easier.

  • Quick Token Top-Up on the POS: You can now top up €1 and €2 tokens directly from the POS for ball machine use. Designed for occasional or guest players, this avoids the need to create a wallet for one-off purchases.

💰 Invoicing Module

  • Payment Link Now Available in the Client Profile: You can now generate a payment link from the client’s profile and share it via email or WhatsApp, allowing members to pay outstanding balances through the Online Booking Portal without visiting the club.

  • Custom Bank Account per Membership Fee: A new field allows assigning a specific bank account to each membership fee, offering greater flexibility for managing recurring payments—whether linked to the member or their related accounts.

  • Cancellation Reason Required for Membership Termination: When permanently cancelling a membership fee, the system will now request a reason for the cancellation. This enables better insight into common causes and supports data-driven decision-making.

  • Member ID Now Shown in Fee List: The fee list now includes a column displaying the member number. Part of the Golf module, this improvement simplifies group management tasks, especially for family or linked accounts.

  • New Time Validity Fields for Token Configuration: Two optional fields—Start Time and End Time—have been added to token settings, allowing you to define a specific time window for when the token is valid. If left blank, tokens will be valid immediately and without time restriction.

📦 Warehouse Module

  • Improved Traceability in Warehouse Invoice Lines: Two new columns have been added to the “Delivery Note Invoice Lines” table, displaying the linked delivery note and original order line. This enhancement allows full traceability from order to invoice.

  • New Reason Selector for Stock Adjustments: When adjusting stock from a product, you’ll now see a dropdown to select the adjustment reason from predefined options—helping ensure clearer and more consistent stock records.

📊 Reports Module

  • Enhanced Booking Dashboard Visuals: We’ve improved the visual layout of the Booking Dashboard, making it easier to spot trends, compare periods, anticipate future bookings, and identify your most active clients, along with other key business indicators.

  • Improved Widget Titles in Reports: Report titles now feature a unified design with larger text and better contrast, enhancing readability and information hierarchy across all dashboard widgets.

  • New Invoice Number Filter in Payments Report: You can now search by invoice number directly from the filter bar in the Payments Report, making it easier to locate specific invoices within a selected date range.

  • Quick Filter Reset in ReportsFilters now include a one-click “X” icon to clear selections instantly—speeding up report navigation and helping you refine searches more efficiently.

⚙️ Settings Module

  • Email Template Error Messages: When an email template fails to send, the system now displays a clear error message indicating the exact issue. This makes it easier to detect and fix content errors quickly and efficiently.

  • Redesigned Date Range Selector: The date picker has been redesigned for faster and more intuitive selection of single dates or custom ranges. Available on both desktop and mobile, with quick-access shortcuts and a prominent custom selector in both Golfmanager and the Online Booking Portal.

    On desktop, the custom date selector now appears prominently next to quick access options. On mobile, it’s shown in a compact view to suit smaller screens. Simply choose “Custom” from the dropdown to open the calendar, select a single day or date range, and confirm with “Apply”.

📆 Online Booking Portal

  • 30-Minute Time Slot Display in the Online Booking Portal: The Online Booking Portal now supports 30-minute interval views for facilities that require it, offering clearer availability and a more precise booking experience for players.

  • 2C2P Integration | Delayed Refund on Cancellations: Refund handling for bookings paid via 2C2P has been updated. When a reservation is cancelled—either by the client or staff—it’s marked as cancelled immediately, but the sale remains active for 12 hours before the refund is processed automatically.
