👨🏻💻 New TPV Buttons Linked to the Booking Holder or Final Player,
You can now access two new buttons when managing reservations to open a TPV linked to either the reservation holder or the final player who will use it.
This improvement simplifies handling specific transactions in cases where the person making the reservation is not the same as the one using it.
🖨️ Print Full Booking Details
You can now print all booking details directly from the occupancy view. This feature, already available in the previous version of Golfmanager, allows you to generate a print-friendly version with all booking information quickly and easily.

🔍 New Enhancements in Product Search for In-Stock and Out-of-Stock Items in POS
New enhancements in the search feature have been added to the POS, allowing you to view all available products, whether in stock or not. This enhancement enables more comprehensive product management when adding items to the POS.
💸 Refund to Deposit in the POS
A new option in the POS now allows refunds to be processed as deposits instead of returning the money directly to the customer.
This feature is available when canceling a booking, whether from the POS or the occupancy view. It makes it easier to manage retained balances for future transactions. You don't need any additional configuration.
👀 New ‘By-Product’ View in the POS
We’ve introduced a new “By Product” view in the POS, allowing items to be grouped by product type. This update streamlines sales management, especially for large bookings with multiple products or extras, improving both visibility and the checkout process.
💰 Invoicing Module
🆕 New Module for Customising Invoice Series Rules
This module allows you to define tailored invoice series based on tags, subcategories, or payment methods.
For instance, you can assign one invoice series to the Academy (Series A) and another to Golf (Series B), providing greater flexibility and precision in your invoicing process.
🧐 Divide Products in Packages for Invoicing
We’ve introduced the ability to divide products within packages during invoicing. This allows you to break down a package into its individual components, enabling more accurate cost allocation and detailed reporting.
Request the Product Split module from your App Market to use this feature.
For example, a package of 2 Green Fees + Buggy can now be tailored to your business needs by splitting it into 1 Green Fee and half a Buggy.
💰 Cash Payment Limit of €1,000
The Billing module now allows you to set a maximum cash payment limit, ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations that prohibit cash transactions over €1,000. If a payment exceeds this amount, the system will display an error message at the POS, preventing the transaction.
🏷️ Automatic Dynamic Pricing Configuration and Update by Resource Type
Dynamic pricing can now be configured based on the resource type, preventing error pop-ups when moving, copying, or duplicating bookings between resources with different prices.
With this update, the software will automatically adjust the price if a booking type has a predefined dynamic price, streamlining reservation management and improving user experience.

📄 Generate Invoices from Purchase Delivery Notes
A new feature in the Warehouse module allows you to generate invoices directly from purchase delivery notes. This functionality consolidates supplier invoices when the club purchases products.
Additionally, as it integrates with your accounting system, it can automatically record purchase information for suppliers.

📈 Family Budget Report
The Family Budget Report allows you to analyze and compare assigned budgets with actual revenues for each subfamily, evaluating performance over the selected period.
This report helps identify variances and key trends by comparing current figures with budgets and the previous year’s data.
📅 Online Booking Portal
🔗 Redirect to a Custom URL After Completing a Booking
You can now configure a custom URL to redirect customers after completing a purchase on the Online Booking Portal.
This feature, previously available in V1, is particularly useful for clubs looking to track conversions or personalize the post-purchase experience.

Guest Booking Option: A new setting allows bookings to be made as a guest without validating the final customer’s tag. The system will validate only the person making the booking (provided they meet the conditions), with no restrictions applied to the guest.
Pop-Up for Incompatible Resource Moves: A pop-up notification now appears if you attempt to move, copy, or duplicate a booking to a resource that is unavailable or incompatible. This ensures bookings can only be assigned to valid resources.
Draw Improvements: Player 1 must now always be the logged-in player, and a player cannot be entered into multiple draws on the same day.
RFEG Licence Error Validation: The system now validates all errors related to RFEG licenses and handicaps, ensuring data accuracy. (Spain Only).
Check-in Restriction for Future Bookings: A new restriction in the Bookings module prevents check-ins for future bookings. If an early check-in is attempted, the system will display an error message, avoiding incorrect records.
Accounting Account in Product & POS Settings: A new “Accounting Account” field has been added to the Product and POS settings. Previously, it was only available at the subfamily level, but it can now be assigned directly to each product for greater flexibility.
Duplicate Booking Alert in the Tee Sheet: The Tee Sheet (for all sports) now warns when a player already has a booking on the same day, helping to prevent duplicate reservations.
Customer & Participant Tags in Booking Pop-up: We’ve added a small enhancement to quickly distinguish between customers and participants in the booking pop-up, making player identification easier.
Price Confirmation & Update When Moving Bookings: We’ve introduced a confirmation pop-up when moving a booking within the system. Users will now see an option to “Update the price. " If selected, the system will automatically recalculate the booking price based on dynamic rates, the day of the week, seasonality, and other configured factors.

“Nationality” Field in Online Account Creation: The online account registration process now includes a “Nationality” field. Clubs can configure this field as optional or mandatory, depending on their requirements.
Original File Names for Email Attachments: Attachments in mass emails sent from CRM > Mailings will now keep their original file names instead of being replaced by a generic ID. This makes it easier for recipients to identify files, improving clarity and professionalism in your communications.
Centralized Control of Customer Language Settings: The Language field in customer profiles is now managed directly from the CRM’s general settings. This ensures a consistent selection of available languages across customer records and the Online Booking Portal, providing better control and a more seamless experience.

Cash & Card Revenue Overview in POS: The total cash and card revenue is now displayed at the top of the screen in both the occupancy view and the POS, providing a quicker and more efficient way to monitor transactions. This update reintroduces a valuable feature from Golfmanager V1, enhancing cash register oversight.
Clearer Display of Cancelled Sales in POS: Cancelled sales lines in the POS will now only appear in the Detailed view, keeping other views clean and clutter-free. This update improves transaction visibility, making sales data more organised and easier to review.

Default ‘No’ for the ‘Direct Debit’ Field in Sales Lines: Previously, this field could appear blank or set to “Yes,” complicating filtering and efficient sales line management. With this update, all new sales lines will have the “Direct Debit” field automatically set to “No,” streamlining the filtering process.
Select Issue Date, Client, and Series for Global Invoices: When generating a global invoice, you can now choose the issue date, client, and series for the invoice. This feature provides greater control and customization in global invoicing, ensuring compliance with specific requirements.
Centralized Voucher Beneficiary Management: Voucher beneficiaries are now managed at the customer level within the Billing module, eliminating the need to assign them individually to each voucher.
Negative Pricing for Products and Discounts: The system now supports negative pricing for products, offers, and discounts. This allows discounts to be applied directly through a product, removing the need for manual discount adjustments at the POS.
Restriction on Wallet Top-Ups: A new billing restriction prevents users from topping up a wallet credit voucher using its balance. If this is attempted, the system will display an error message and block the transaction. However, paying for a unit-based voucher with a wallet voucher remains possible. This restriction is applied automatically, and no additional setup is required.
Redsys Integration Enhancements: A new “Redsys Cards” tab has been added to each customer profile, allowing clubs to review all payment activity processed through Redsys. Additionally, tokenized cards can now be used in various payment processes within the system.
Improved FkModel Column Display in Billing: The FkModel column in the Billing module now shows both the numerical FkId and its corresponding description. This enhancement makes it easier to identify the source of each sale, eliminating unclear references and improving overall clarity.

Enhanced Barcode Label Formatting for Pro Shop Products: The barcode label format for Pro Shop products with variants has been updated for better readability and compatibility. This improvement makes scanning and managing products at the point of sale more efficient.

Color-coded Table Status: A new color-coding system has been added to the restaurant map, allowing staff to quickly identify whether a table is free, occupied, in service, or about to be vacated. This feature improves restaurant and booking management.
Customer Transfer with Automatic Table Closure: When transferring customers from one table to another, the original table will now close automatically. All orders and customers from the initial table will merge with the new table, unifying the bill in the POS.
Automatic Table Closure After Payment: A new option enables tables to be automatically marked as free once payment is registered. This streamlines table management and improves staff workflow efficiency.
Additional Information on Restaurant Receipts: Restaurant receipts generated in the POS now include table number, number of guests, and the server’s name, providing clearer details for better service tracking and management.

This new feature allows each player to select a specific voucher for their individual payment, making payment management easier and providing greater flexibility in voucher usage.
New “My Deposits” Section in the Online Booking Portal: A new “My Deposits” section has been added to the user profile, allowing players to track their deposits directly from their accounts.
