How to add more fields to be filled in by the customer when creating a new online account.

Introduction

In Golfmanager you may or may not allow customers to create an online account. Golfmanager already asks for a number of basic fields, but this tool will allow you to request as many fields as you want. You can even check if some of these fields are mandatory, such as nationality.

This way the experience of registering a customer is worse, but the quality of our database will be higher. So it is up to the club to add or not to add more fields when registering online.

To add a new field follow these simple steps:

  • Field: Select the desired field from the drop-down menu. Here all the fields of the customer record will be opened.

  • Required: Activate this option if you want this field to be mandatory.

  • Priority: This field allows you to sort the order in which these additional fields are requested. It will be ordered from the lowest to the highest number. If you want this field to be requested first, set it to 1.

Note: this option will be active if in Configuration > Center, you have enabled the option Allow online registration.
