FAQs

Introduction

In this article we will see how to block the different resources that we have in our installation, either by closing the field, punctured etc. so that the players do not book online in those holes.

Note: Even if the facility is blocked, for example for maintenance, the reception can continue to book on top of that blockage if necessary. This is not the case for online players.

The blocking of a facility can be done from this list, especially if it is a massive blocking that you have to import via Excel. But these locks are usually done directly from the occupancy view.

General

You can still block from this list. To do so, follow these simple steps:

  • Name: In this field we will describe the cause of the block. For example "Pinned field".

  • Resource: In the drop-down we will select the resource that we want to block. For example "Tee 1".

  • Start date: Here we select from which date we want to block.

  • End date: Here we will select until what date we want to block.

  • Start time: Here we select from what time we want to block.

  • End Time: Here we will select until what time we want to block.

  • Days of the week: Select here which days of the week you want to block.

Appearance

In this section you will be able to customize the color of this lock in the occupancy plane.

  • Text color: In this field we will select the color of the text we want to select for this lock.

  • Background color: In this field we will select the background color we want to select for this lock.

Blocking the course and not being able to offer online bookings

To block the field from the booking schedule and not allow online booking, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the desired blocking start time

  2. Click on Block

  3. Fill in the fields

  4. Click on Accept

Where can I see the blocks?

If you want to see the blocks of your field in a list, go to the Configuration wheel > Bookings > Blocks.
