Introduction
In this article, we will see a history of accesses to Golfmanager for each of the users. This feature can be useful to check who is accessing your Golfmanager application and from where.
General
The information provided in this list is:
ID: Access record number, ordered from lowest to highest.
Type: Shows the type of login access. It is always going to be "admin" type.
Email: It shows us the email with which the application has been accessed.
User: Shows the user name with which the application has been accessed.
Result: Shows the result when trying to enter the application. The results can be:
Success: the user has entered the application.
Invalid email: the email to enter the application was not valid. That is, it is not in the list of allowed emails. The user could have made a mistake or simply did not have an email address but tried to log in.
Invalid password: the email used exists in the database, but you have not entered the correct password.
Locked account: the email and password are correct, but the account is locked due to too many failed attempts.
Need second factor: in case the club activates this option, the system will show that it has asked for the second password to allow access.
Second factor failures: Indicates the number of wrong passwords when entering the second password.
IP Address: Stands for "Internet Protocol address". This protocol is a set of rules for communicating over the Internet, whether sending e-mail, transmitting video or connecting to a website. An IP address identifies a network or device on the Internet, so you will know from which computer the user has tried to connect.
Creation date: Date on which this user's access to Golfmanager was made or attempted.
