You already know that Golfmanager is a very powerful program that loads pages super fast. But sometimes this is not always the case. We explain the 3 possibilities:
Golfmanager. It hasn't happened yet, but there is some chance of that happening. Contact support and we will check if more clubs on your server are experiencing the same problem. If so we will fix it, and if not we move on to the next point.
Club network. Your local network may be having problems. To rule out this option, open another web page other than Golfmanager and browse. If you experience the same slowness problem, restart your servers and contact your network support. If that page works fine but not Golfmanager then it may be for the following reason.
Connection between servers. If the Golfmanager server is working fine, and other web pages are working fine, the error may be because the communication between the Golfmanager server and the club's server is not connecting properly. It could be a physical failure of a cable, etc. or some other problem between these parties external to us. Then we should wait for them to fix the problem, but please contact Golfmanager to see if we can help.
