We have been working hard for the past two months to increase the number of developers and ensure that their training is top-notch. Also in these months, we have migrated all our clubs to Amazon servers (AWS) to offer our customers a more secure and powerful technological infrastructure.
🛒 Cancel the entire ticket at the POS
Do you need to cancel only the lines on a ticket? Click on the Delete icon in the ticket tab.
🎁 Inventory import
Scan barcodes to save time with inventories and eliminate manual entry. Golfmanager now allows users to upload other file types compatible with most scanner models. Please contact our support team for more information.
📊 The new dashboard is here!
As part of our effort to provide a 360° tool for the club, we launched our Dashboard tool, which provides easy access to the metrics that matter to you.
The "sections" of Golfmetrics have been moved to Dashboard, while many new functionalities have been added to make it easier to see how the business is evolving.
Now you can have as many custom dashboards as you want so that each department can get their own data from Golfmanager.
📊 Subfamily budgets
We have added the possibility in each subfamily to indicate the budget of each item month-by-month, so you can better manage your business.
With this information, you can create pivot tables or add to your Dashboard information about the evolution of your business compared to the budget, such as "Shop sales this year against budget" or "Shoe sales this month against budget".
🏦 SII Plugin
You can now export your accounting information directly to the SII (Immediate Supply of Information to the Inland Revenue). All you have to do is ask our support team to install it and you will be able to obtain the XML you need to comply with your tax obligations without intermediaries.
💵 Substitutions
We've added the functionality of substitutes to Golfmanager. Don't know what it is?
A sub is when your company charges money that doesn't belong to your organization. For example, if you have a subcontracted Academy and you charge a class at the reception, you will have to communicate to the Tax Office that this 100€ that you have charged at your reception does NOT belong to your company because it is a substitute.
All you have to do is go to the product and indicate in the advanced options that it is a supplement. This will make the ticket and the information to the tax office or accounting act differently.
✉️ Button in the password reset email template
Until now, the "reset password" email contained a very long and unaesthetic link. We have replaced it with a button that improves the customer experience.
✉️ Improvements to payment link
We are super proud of this flagship feature in Golfmanager, and have improved it even more.
This functionality consists of requesting payment of a debt to a customer via email. The limitation was that you couldn't send this type of email to tour operators "on credit" or apply it to clubs that only ask for a percentage payment on their website.
We have made the necessary adjustments so that this is no longer a limitation for your club.

🏌️ Golf Genius Integration
It is not a tournament program with great relevance in Spain, but it is for the 10,000 clubs that work with this software all over the world. Now you can integrate Golfmanager into the #1 tournament management platform in the world.
POS discount by quantity (€)
Until now you could only discount at the POS by percentage (%). Now, you can add a button to the POS that makes the discount by quantity and not by percentage.
Example: "I discount you 5€ because this product has a tare". Now, instead of editing the price manually or calculating the discount percentage, you will be able to discount that amount and save the discount so that it can be identified in later listings.
