Stock by date
In the list of stock by date you can consult the quantity and valuation of the stock at average price (PMP), excluding taxes, for a given date.
To consult this list, from the Main Menu:
Click on Stock.
Click on Stock by date.
When consulting the stock valuation we can customize the list and export it to excel as it happens with the rest of the lists in Golfmanager.
It is also possible to filter by:
Date
Warehouse
Supplier
Family
Subfamily
Product
Stock by period
This report gives you visibility of what has happened to your stock products between two given dates.
In this report you can filter by start date, end date, warehouse, supplier, family, sub-family and product.
Types of movements
Receipts: Receipts of products through delivery notes.
Outputs: Sales of this product at the POS or online.
Transfers: Movements of this product between warehouses.
Cancellations: When a delivery note line entry that has been previously added to stock is deleted.
Recoveries: When a deleted packing slip line entry that has been previously added to stock is recovered.
Regularizations: When regularizing from inventory, or directly from the product file.
Returns: When you sell negative on the delivery note (return to Supplier).
Credits: Return of a sale of this product (return to Client).
