Listings tools

Every time you make a reservation, a sale, etc. Golfmanager saves these records so that you can consult them later. There are all kinds of listings and all of them have in common a series of tools that will make you get the most out of your "big data".

  • Quick search. You only have to write a text in the quick search engine and the system will scan any of the fields of your list to bring you the results you are looking for.

  • Filter. You will be able to filter your listing by any field contained in that table. To see which fields are available in this listing just click on the ID of a record to go into detail. You can add more than one filter in a single listing.

    • Note: If you search by a number, the system will search by the ID. If you search by a text + number, it will search on the name or description of that field.

  • Number of records per page. By default Golfmanager shows 20 records, but you can show more if you wish.

  • Advanced options (3 points)

    • Export to Excel. You can export the records of this list to Excel to be able to work with them. You can also use this tool to change the information of some of the records comfortably in Excel and then import them back into Golfmanager to apply the changes to your list. We recommend you contact a senior consultant before exporting/importing on your own.

    • Import from Excel. Not available for some listings. You can import records from an Excel file. We suggest that this task is done with the help of a senior Golfmanager consultant.

    • Bulk update. Not available in some listings. With this tool we allow you to update any field in many records at once without the need for a technician or Excel. We recommend that you use this tool with the help of a senior Golfmanager consultant.

    • Edit mode. You can change the display mode of the screen to "edit" to turn it into a sort of Excel table where you can edit any field in your roster without going into the detail. Just start typing and hit ENTER to save your changes. It is an advanced tool that can save you a lot of time depending on the task.

    • View deleted. Not available in some listings. No records in Golfmanager are deleted, they are just hidden in a bin where you can even go in and restore the records you want.

    • Customise listings with the desired order and columns. If you are not completely happy with the default columns shown in the system, you can add and remove any of them. You can also add a title and when you save it this list will appear as a favourite in a list accessible from the icon next to the title of the page. Even the active filters will be saved. This way you will be able to customise your listings and access them in 2 clicks.
