📅 Seasons
Seasons allows you to keep your rates in an easy-to-manage way without requiring hours of configuration.
When you add 'Seasons', you can create dynamic rates within a product for each of the seasons so you do not have to enter each date range individually.
All you'll need to do every year is to add new dates to your seasons and you won't have to touch the product. It couldn't be easier!
🛒 Enhancements made to the Pro-Shop
Improving packing slips
Your supplier can now receive delivery notes by email. We have also added the columns "Ordered Quantity", "Delivered", and "Pending" to make managing partial deliveries easier.
Enhancements to barcodes
Whenever you save a product that manages stock or create a variant, Golfmanager will automatically generate its barcode by concatenating the Product ID, Color ID, Size ID, Season ID, and Gender ID. Using this method will save you time and prevent errors!
Updated stock listings
We have added the barcode to the stock list to enable you to export and better manage your inventories. Let us help you optimize your product counts when you take inventory.
Improved inventory management
The unit cost has been added to each product in the inventory and the difference in € with the real stock, so that you can analyze what you will regularize. It is also now possible to export to Excel and sort by column. As a result, inventory management becomes very agile.
Brand
A product can now be associated with a brand through a dropdown menu instead of an open text field. In this way, you will save time and prevent possible duplication.
⚙️ iMaster Golf Importer
We already have a tool available to help you import all your data from iMaster Golf to Golfmanager. With this tool, export 8 excel files from iMaster Golf and import them into Golfmanager.
With just two minutes of effort, you will have your data in the cloud using the best technology.
📊 Enhancements to the dashboard
We have added new metrics to our Dashboard so that you can access them without having to export them to any site. As part of this new version, we have added:
You can add a title to your Dashboard with the "Title" widget. This is useful for defining areas of your dashboard, descriptions, etc.
In the "Business Situation" widget, you can look at OTBs and your evolution against budgets over a year or month by month.
"Evolution of fees per month" widget where you can see current members, registrations, and cancellations over time.
Using the "Evolution of fees by type" widget, you can see the current members, registrations, and cancellations of a specific fee over time.
"Payment methods" widget, where you can display all payments for a period grouped by payment method. It is very useful for the accounting department.
🛒 Online product sales
Prior to this, you had to create an extra booking type in order to offer a product online. As an example: Temporary license.
Now, you can add any product to your online extras by enabling "Online Sale" on that product. In this way, you can sell more online without creating unnecessary types of resources.
💳 Paybyrd
We have added a new payment gateway: Paybyrd. With this new development, our Portuguese customers will benefit from improved conditions when making online payments. Every day we fight for the club to have more tools for selling and to save money.
