Golfmanager is dedicated to enhancing your management experience. Every week, we introduce exciting new features designed to empower you. Stay informed and make the most of these innovations! 🙌
🆕 Introducing Golfmanager’s Newly Redesigned Booking Portal!
We are excited to present the newly redesigned online booking portal, completely revamped to offer your customers a more modern, simple, and streamlined online experience.
The new design features an elegant and contemporary interface, making navigation smoother and more intuitive. The interface has been refined to provide a clearer and more organized layout.
In addition to visual and functional enhancements, the performance and reliability of the booking engine have been improved. Now, your players will enjoy a much faster and, of course, 100% secure experience
⛅️ Widgets have also been redesigned!
The new online booking portal now includes a set of redesigned widgets that offer an improved visual experience. These widgets consist of the weather widget, which displays updated weather forecasts, the text and description widget, allowing the addition of custom text blocks, and the image widget, enabling the addition of images.
⚙️ Introducing a new layout and location for the ‘Settings’ menu
The 'Settings' menu now has a new layout to simplify your daily operations with a much clearer navigation structure.
Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen to access the 'Settings' menu in Golfmanager. The location has been changed to make it easier to find.
⚙️ The Golfmanager sidebar menu is now collapsible
The new button, located in the lower left corner, allows you to collapse and expand the sidebar menu.
This feature improves usability by providing more screen space to view the main content, making navigation cleaner and more efficient. Additionally, we have enhanced the floating submenu.
⚙️ New feature to display the full name and surname of the player who owns a reservation
In the occupancy section, when a reservation is made, the default display includes the user's profile picture and the initial of their first name and surname.
We've now introduced a new option that allows the reservation to display the player's full name and surname.
You can set this up in 'Occupancy Settings' by clicking on 'Edit/Select' for 'Participant Name'.
💰 View voucher balance in payments
In the "Invoicing" module, specifically in the payment list, you can now see the remaining balance of a voucher after making a payment with it. This information is available next to the "Amount" column.
Furthermore, the reference of the voucher used for the payment is now displayed in the voucher column.
🖨️ Enable quick payment receipt printing
You can now enable receipt printing in quick payments. To do this, go to the 'Settings' menu, click on 'POS', and then on 'POS List'. Next, you can activate the 'Print in pop-up' option.
💸 You can now view a table with all fees
You can access this table by going to the Settings > Subscription Types > Table.
❌ Block your course occupancy when necessary
With this feature, you can block the occupancy of your club to cover any needs you might have, ensuring that no player can access the course during that time interval. Some examples include:
• Maintenance or tournament blocks
• Member-only blocks, allowing only certain customers to play during that interval
• Tour operators blocks, where you want to reserve a specific occupancy interval exclusively for a TTOO for 24 hours.
🙋🏻♂️ Participants listed as clients in the reservation type
Now, when making a reservation that includes participants, the name of the customer for whom the reservation was made will appear in the reservation list.
With this improvement, identifying reservations is easier. If multiple names are included in the reservation (for example, four), the list will display only the first name, considering it as the primary holder of the reservation.
🎓 Level validation in courses now available
To enroll in a course, your players must now validate their level. Previously, this step was not required, but now they must be registered and logged in to enroll in a course.
Course levels: In the “Academy” section, when selecting a course, the player can see the minimum and maximum levels required in the course settings.
Level comparison: The required level for the course is compared with the level the player has indicated in their profile.
This new feature ensures that all enrolled participants in a course have a similar level, making it easier to tailor the content and exercises to the group’s needs.
Navigate to Course Level -> Academy > Course > Click on any course > Filters section.
🎓 You can now configure your courses to offer extras to users during the enrollment process
This option allows you to personalize and enhance the enrollment process, highlighting promotions and extras available for special events like Black Friday, for example.
Navigate to Settings > Academy > Course Types > Choose the course > Edit > Extra Label.
In your course settings, add an extra label, such as “Black Friday.” When a user enrolls in a course with this label, all extras with the same label will be offered to them on the next screen.
🔗 You can now send a payment link to your customers to settle their debts
You can now send a payment link to your customers via email or instant messaging apps like WhatsApp so they can pay their debts without needing to do so in person at the club.
Once the customer opens the link and pays the amount due, the sales will automatically be marked as paid, only if the sale has been generated.
Using future updates, you'll be able to mass-send an email template to your customers and schedule the sending automatically.
📭 You can now send invoices via email
You can now activate the option to send invoices by email when creating a new invoice in our billing system. This functionality ensures that your customers receive their invoices without delays, improving efficiency and communication.
🏌🏻 Automatically generate classes associated with a course
You can now automatically generate classes when saving a course in the Academy module. This functionality is designed to simplify class scheduling, allowing classes to be generated automatically based on the settings you specify.
➗ You can now split a sales line into two or more parts
You can now split a sales line into 2 or more parts. For example, if a customer wants to pay for a €1,000 sale in 3 parts: €500 now, €250 later, and another €250 even later, this functionality allows it.
The system will automatically adjust the first sales line if the split is not exact and a discrepancy is generated due to decimals.
