From the booking list, you can now easily send an email. You will be able to send an email to, for example, the players who will be present tomorrow informing them about a special offer, maintenance, or weather forecast.

Now you can send the amount to be charged to the customer directly to the Stripe dataphone without having to enter it manually.

You don't have to deal with the dataphone, reducing mess and increasing security. As of now, it is available for the Stripe payment gateway and for the UK market.

By selecting the number of copies you want to print when sending your order to the chef or bar, you can improve your restaurant management. You need only set a number, such as "2", instead of the "true/false" option in the advanced option, fandb.numberOfCopies.

When you send an order to the kitchen, the orders that have been marked in the POS by the waiter as "Main" and the products which are not marked will be automatically sent to the kitchen as "Requested". We gain agility and save time this way.

POS lines were previously sorted by "creation date". By pressing a button, you can now sort the POS lines by customer as well.

If you press the button again, you can sort by date. If you need to liquidate products from a single customer, then this new feature will be very useful for golf courses and restaurants.

In the past, you had to click on the table number label to go to the POS and add dishes. Now, saving steps, you simply have to click on the image of the table to enter the POS.

In order to make working with your rates structure easier, we have created a tool that lets you see your families, subfamilies, products, rates, packs, and variants.

Request the "Wizard" plugin from your support team and enjoy editing your rates more intuitively.

The RFEG (Royal Spanish Golf Federation) has changed its integration protocol so that software such as ours can obtain the handicap of the players.

In the process of obtaining this certification, Golfmanager will become the first green fee software in Spain to receive it.

We have improved the process of adding a license, and we have added the main courses to the client's record.

A message is displayed on each booking in the schedule notifying the receptionist that the booking does not have a valid license.

We have enabled a button in the client list that allows the handicaps to be updated in one click.

A new reporting tab has been added to the Metrics dashboard to provide insight into the genome of your club. Now, you can see how many members are active by fee type, gender, and age. We'll be adding more in the near future.

On the POS, we have enabled a new button that lets you cancel a product or service by returning the money to a wallet instead of a cash refund.

You will be able to change some processes in your club regarding refunds with this new feature, and you will save a lot of time.

We have made the email template editable when a player requests a friend. You can add other languages and anything else you wish.

Request that the support team reinstall the "Relationships" plugin so that this new template appears in your template list.

Previously, the system only sent a confirmation email to the reservation holder. Now, this option is extended to every player in that booking.

Now, you will be able to know the origin of a booking so you can know if it has been produced from administration, consumer, widget, or app and know which channels are working better.

We have added this information to each player's profile. This way, through the customer listings, you will be able to filter which customers are using the club's App.

We have improved the widget and app experience when searching for players.

As you type the player's name, the system will start offering results without the need to hit the 'Search' button.

In addition, the functionality to search for the player's name in any order without having to type it exactly as it is in the database is added.

It is now possible to offer your multipacks to your players via the widget and app.

With this new functionality, these tools now cover 100% of what our old online booking engine (consumer) did.

As you can see in the image below, we have also added the field alert (optional) at the top of the widget.

We add your message configured in Settings/Centre to the widget at the top of the home screen. Here you can notify your players of important issues.

By adding a label with the rack price of that product, we improved the POS buttons. Right now, this feature is only available for POS buttons that add products. The update is for all clubs and there is no need to upgrade or change the configuration.

Until now, you could only lock a booking plan to a single tag. You will now be able to copy the lock and add another tag so that both types of players can play on top of it.

Our APP Center now has a new plugin: "Booking Widget". It allows you to add texts, images, iframes, weather widgets, etc., to customize the booking map.
