Introduction
This module allows you to sell products from an online store, generating orders with shipping costs. This entire module is connected to the club's stock and billing.
Install module
To download the Ecommerce module, go to the Configuration Menu > System > App Market and download the module.
Configuration
Section: Configuration Menu > Ecommerce > Configuration
Once you have downloaded the module from the Configuration Menu, you will see a new entry for Ecommerce. Select Configuration.
Attach invoice to email. Activate this option if you want to attach the invoice to the purchase confirmation email.
Shipping costs
Section: Configuration Menu > Ecommerce > Shipping costs
With this module you can create different types of shipping costs, which will be automatically added to a customer's order at the time of payment. Select New to create a shipping cost.
General section
Country. Mandatory field. Select the country to which you are going to ship from the drop-down menu.
Region. Optional field. Select the region to which you are going to ship from the drop-down menu. If the desired region does not appear, create a new one from the Create new option.
Product. Mandatory field. Select the product that you have previously configured as shipping cost from the product drop-down menu.
Select the Save button. Once saved, a new section will appear to create Price ranges.
Price ranges section
In this section you can optionally configure different rates for this shipping cost, depending on the total amount to be paid by the customer for their purchase.
Select the New button.
Zone. This field is required and is created automatically.
Total from. Indicates the amount from which the rate will be applied.
Total to. Indicates the amount up to which the rate will be applied.
Price. Indicates the shipping cost in the range specified above.
Select the Save button.
Activate the product for Ecommerce.
Section: Configuration menu > Billing > Products
With this option you will indicate which products, when sold online, should add shipping costs.
From the product list, find the product you want to put on sale through Ecommerce.
Select the product reference.
Select Edit.
Activate the Sell online field. This option will make a section visible below.
Attach a photo.
Add a description for your product that will be visible online.
Activate the Shipping costs field.
Select Save.
