Introduction

The Locker module allows the management of locker reservation fees within the club. This module is designed to facilitate the control of locker rentals to customers in an organised and simple way.

Contracting the module

To use this functionality, it is necessary to:

  1. Contract and download the module from the App Market of the system.

  2. For more information on how to contract this module, please contact our support team.

Initial configuration

Section: Configuration Menu > Lockers

Once the module has been downloaded and activated, new options are enabled in the configuration menu that have to be configured beforehand.

(Locker) Types

Here the different types of lockers are created, each with an associated fee that will be applied to the customer who purchases a locker of that type. For example: bag of clubs, manual trolley, tennis locker, men's golf locker, women's golf locker,... Previously you will also have to have created the Type of fee you want to assign to each type of locker. To create a new type of locker follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Configuration Menu > Lockers > Types.

  2. Select New.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name. Add the name for this type of locker, for example Golf Locker.Fee.

    • Add the type of fee you want to be added to the customer who purchases a locker of that type.

    • Select Save and New to save the created locker type and create a new one.

    • Select Save.

Lockers

In this section the different available lockers are created, associating them to one of the previously created types. For example: Golf locker - Ladies 1, Golf locker - Ladies 2,.... To create a new locker follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Settings Menu > Lockers > Lockers > Lockers

  2. Select New.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name. Add the name of this locker, for example Golf 1 locker.

    • Type. Add the type of locker from the drop-down menu.

    • Status. Choose a status option: Enabled or disabled. When assigning a locker to a customer, only those that are enabled will be shown. Use the Status=disabled option, in case you have a faulty locker and do not wish to make it available for use.

    • Select Save and New to save the created locker and create a new one.

    • Select Save.

How to associate a locker to a customer

Section: Main menu> Lockers

From the list of lockers found in the Main Menu, you can see all the lockers assigned to each customer. To associate a new locker to a customer, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Main Menu> Lockers

  • Select New.

  • Locker (required): select the locker you want to associate. This drop-down menu will show the enabled lockers that have not been previously assigned to another customer.

  • Customer (required): select the customer to whom you will assign the locker.

  • Start: date from which this locker will be associated to the client (by default the current date is shown).

  • End: date on which it ends (optional at the time of creation).

  • Select Save.

At this point, a quota will be automatically assigned to the selected customer. When the customer finishes using the locker, the quota will be cancelled.
