Orders ship within 3 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) and shipments typically arrive within 3-10 business days (flat-rate).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Unfulfilled: your order has not been shipped or picked up, but order confirmation has been sent
Fulfilled: your order has been shipped or delivered and confirmation (with the tracking number) has been sent.
If your order shows "Delivered" by the carrier but has not arrived, please start with the following steps:
1. Ask neighbors if they may have received the package
2. Contact the carrier and ask them where the package was delivered.
3. Ask other family members if the package was taken in by them.
If this does not help resolve your issue after 2 weeks of stated delivery, please contact us for the next steps.
