We recommend sending an invitation to your employees via your own email because it incentivizes your employees to complete the assessment. GoodJob provides an exclusive link for your employees to take the PATH Assessment that will associate them with only your employer. This is a link that can be shared with all your employees.
Alternatively, you may also invite employees via bulk upload which allows you to track who has and has not completed the PATH Assessment. Links generated by the bulk process will be exclusive to each employee. Another benefit of using the bulk invite feature is employees who do not complete the PATH will automatically receive up to 3 daily reminders.
Step 1 - Log in to GoodJob
Log into your GoodJob Employer account https://app.goodjob.io
Step 2 - Go to the Employee PATH Library
Select Employee PATHs in the left-hand navigation menu to display the Employee PATH Library
Step 3 - Invite Employees via your email
From the right hand menu, click Invite Employees via Your Email. The email template will open in your default app.
Step 4 - Modify and Send
Modify the email to include the employee's name and send.
