Create a Job Role DNA from the completed Employee PATHs

To build a Job Role DNA, you began by inviting your current employees to take the PATH assessment. After your high performers have completed the PATH assessment, you can now create your Job Role DNA.

The Job Role DNA is a behavioral model that you will use to predict the success of your applicants. It enables you to build a very specific predictive model, based on the workplace traits and behaviors that drive success in your current employees. You'll assign a Job Role DNA to each job or position for which you are hiring. Every applicant to the job will be invited to take the PATH Assessment and scored against the Job Role DNA behavioral model. When you review the behavior matches, you'll know which candidates will be a good match for the role.

Step 1 - Log in to GoodJob

Log into your GoodJob Employer account https://app.goodjob.io

Step 2 - Go to the Employee PATH Library

Select Employee PATHs in the left-hand navigation menu to display the Employee PATH Library

Step 3 - Filter Results

Apply the filter on the top right of the employees table to select the Completed paths.

Step 4 - Select Employees and Create the DNA

Use the checkboxes next to the emails of the employees that you would like to include in your Job Role DNA.

Click Create Job Role DNA from right hand menu.

Step 5 - Name the Job Role DNA

Enter the name of the Job Role DNA in the Job Role/Title field.

Click Save.

Step 6 - Generate the Job Role DNA

The new Job Role DNA page displays showing the employees just added to the DNA.

Click the Generate Job Role DNA button in the right-hand menu.

The Job Role DNA will calculate and display the resulting DNA, highlighting the top 3 behaviors and the other traits that can be found within the DNA.
