Candidates with a high behavior match score will have a PATH result that aligns with the core job role DNA behaviors. Candidates with a low behavior match score will probably not have any core job role DNA behavior alignment.

Step 1 - Log in to GoodJob

Log into your GoodJob Employer account https://app.goodjob.io

Step 2 - Click on Job Listings

From the Dashboard, click on Job Listings from the left hand navigation

Step 3 - Select Job

From the Job Listings table, click on the Job ID for which you would like to view your candidates' completed PATHs and their behavior matches

Step 4 - Click Completed tab

Click on the Completed tab to display all the candidates with completed PATHs

Step 5 - Sorting and filtering on the Completed tab

  • Click the arrow to sort the columns

    • Example: Sort PATH from highest to lowest scores

  • Search for a specific candidate by typing in their name in the search bar

  • Click "filter" beside the search bar to filter by scores higher than 79%

Step 6 - Review Behavior Matches

Click each candidate's name to review their traits and behaviors

The "Core Job Role Behaviors" section presents the primary, secondary, and tertiary behaviors of the job role DNA and whether the candidate PATH matches these behaviors.

The "Additional Job Role Behavior Matches" section shows other non-core behaviors of the job role DNA to which the candidate PATH aligns.

The "Behaviors Candidate Does Not Match" section presents the behaviors identified in the job role DNA that are not present in the candidate PATH result.

The "Additional Candidate Behaviors" section presents the addition behaviors present in the Candidate PATH result that is not present in the job role DNA.

Candidate exclusive link

  • In the upper right hand corner is an "exclusive link" which is a shareable URL that will provide exclusive access to the PATH results for this candidate and this job. If using an ATS integration, the exclusive link is sent to the ATS. This link does not require sign in to GoodJob to view the result so it may be shared with other hiring team members reviewing the candidate.
