Once a candidate has completed the PATH Assessment, they will be compared against the Job Role DNA for the job they have applied. This will display as a percentage and is referred to as their Behavior Match Score. Each candidate can receive a score ranging from 100% to 0%. If you need assistance locating a candidate's Behavior Match Score please reference our Review Candidate Behavior Matches article.

Green Matches 100% - 80%

The candidates with a green match score show that they are most likely to succeed in this role due to the candidate's behaviors matching closely with the behaviors in the job role DNA.

The candidates with a yellow match score show that they have potential to succeed with additional training and guidance. Yellow matches only share some of the behaviors in the job role DNA.
