GoodJob offers a suite of API integrations with numerous ATS partners to provide a seamless integration experience.

At GoodJob, we understand the importance of compatibility when it comes to your hiring process and aim to provide our customers with a seamless integration experience. GoodJob offers a suite of API integrations with numerous ATS partners to sync applicant and job information, so you can use GoodJob to assess applicants without copying or re-entering any job or applicant information.

ATS Summary

Employers collect job applicant data on candidates from a variety of sites that use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). GoodJob has a suite of APIs to support sending and receiving data from those ATS platforms.

These APIs allow us to synchronize data via a valid, employer-specific API key. This key supports authentication and ensures each applicant and job is associated to the correct employer. All active jobs and applicants that exist in their ATS are synced to GoodJob’s data repository each time we add a new employer to the API Integration(s). After the initial sync is completed, we regularly send and receive updates when job and applicant data is updated, or a candidate takes GoodJob’s PATH Assessment.

How It Works

  1. Link - Employers link their ATS accounts to the GoodJob platform by authorizing the connection in the GoodJob application.

  2. Sync - GoodJob syncs active job and applicant data to our system and automatically invites all active applicants to take the PATH Assessment®.

    1. All Jobs are synced to GoodJob when the integration is connected. New jobs flow over automatically!

    2. Applicants are instantly sent to GoodJob as they apply for a job.

    3. Applicants automatically invited to take PATH Assessment® via email.

  3. Assess - As applicants take the PATH Assessment®, they are scored against your job role. Select the top candidates to interview based on assessment results without ever leaving your current ATS software. For bidirectional ATS to GoodJob integrations, the results are sent back to your ATS provider.
