UI Enhancements - Dashboard

Redesigned the Dashboard to have Employee and Candidate PATH counts and rearranged some of the other cards.

UI Enhancements - Jobs Pages

  • Rename Vetting tab to Invited

  • In the Jobs tab:

    • Renamed the Matches tab to Completed.

    • Changed counts on the dashboard to show Invited and Completed counts for candidates in the Jobs card. Renamed this card to Candidates at a glance.

    • Updated the Job Listing page to replace the Career Fields column with the DNA name.

    • Renamed the Accepted column to Invited, showing the tab count.

    • Renamed the Matches column to Completed, showing the tab count.

    • Removed the Actions column.

  • Replaced Veteran, Student and Messages columns in the Completed tab with candidate's Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary behaviors

  • Removed messages tab and match status from the Candidate results page

  • Remove the Status and Messages filters from the Completed tab since these are no longer used.

  • Remove the matches, invited, rejected, accepted and decline counts from the top right hand of the Jobs details, completed, and invited tabs.

  • Added a closed date field to the Job which automatically gets set when the job is closed or cancelled.

  • Ensure that the signed in user is selected as the Owner when creating a Job in the GoodJob UI.

  • Fixed the DNA list in the Job Details page to only show DNAs that are ready for use.

UI Enhancements - Job Role DNA Pages

  • Improved the performance of the Job Role DNA listings page.

  • Reordered the columns in the Job Role DNA listings page to be aligned with the most important information first.

    • The column orders are now Name, Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, # of Jobs, Completed, Invited, Status, and Last modified on.

  • Added the full DNA results to the View DNA page.

  • Improved the DNA details page to use Employees vs Participants on the action buttons.

    • Updated the behavior to add full employee details including first name, last name, job title, and email when adding an employee to the DNA vs just adding a list of emails.

  • Improved the user experience of the Employee PATH Library page to show all of the buttons so users know which actions are available.

    • Disabling the Create Job Role DNA and Remove Employees buttons and adding tooltips to these so users understand how to access these actions (when at least one employee is selected via a checkbox).

    • Renamed some buttons on the page to say Employee instead of PATH Participants.

  • Removed the Actions column in the Job Listings page since all of these actions are available from the job details page and to align the design of the listing page to other listing pages.

  • Improve user experience of Job Role DNA listing page to have links on the Names of DNAs as the action to take users to the DNA details page.

    • Added Primary, Secondary and Tertiary behaviors to the DNA listings and removed the Actions column to align with the design of other list pages in the employer UI.

  • Updated the create Job Role DNA to just add the name of the DNA.

    • Users can later select existing employees from the employee path library or invite employees by inviting new employees from the DNA details page.

UX Improvements - Manage Users & Employer Settings

  • Updated the Add User capability to allow adding an employee user as an employer user.

    • Applies to employee emails who had previously been invited to take the PATH and are now needed to be Administrator, Member or Coordinator Employer users.

  • Changed the Industries, Environment/Culture and Benefits fields to be optional when a company record is created or edited.

Administrative Changes

  • GoodJob platform now generates and sends an email to the admin account when a user encounters a 404 error.

    • This helps the GoodJob team trouble-shoot and fix production issues.

  • Updated the application to show the version number when selecting /VERSION in the URL so we can clearly identify which version of the application is running.

Emails

  • Fixed an issue where reminder emails were not being sent to candidates added via the Invited tab.

  • Updated the candidate reminder email to contain the Employer Logo in the footer to match the Invite emails.

PATH Assessment

  • Change Icon for the drag and drop on PATH Assessment

  • Employer name and job title, when applicable, are made more visible in the text of the PATH Assessment welcome page.
