Yes! This is one of our favorite Goody features. You have the option to turn swap on or keep it off for any gift you send. If you do opt to keep the swap feature on it allows your recipient to swap the gift you sent them for another of equal or lesser value that they love.

We also offer the option to allow your recipient to swap for multiple items (option only available on a gift sent from a business account)- by choosing to show the price to your recipient, they can select multiple items of their choosing to a maximum value of the gift you originally sent. We recommend choosing the PRICES SHOWN option for gifts sent of $75 or more to allow your recipient more selection

*Please note that physical items cannot be swapped for US retail gift cards (ex. Amazon, Uber, DoorDash, etc.). This option is only offered for international recipients when the "Gift cards only" option is enabled
