Clearly communicate that a business gift is from you or your company by opting to send it via your work Gmail account. You'll also be able to receive any email replies back to the gift notification directly.

Note- Gmail limits emails to 450 per day. If you are sending large gift batches utilizing this feature, if you surpass 450 they will not be sent until the following day
Here's how it works:
Complete the steps on the SEND page to create a gift batch
As a final step before sending the gift - you can opt to have the gift notification email come from Goody OR from your own work Gmail
To opt for the gift notification email to come from your own work Gmail (instead of from Goody), first select the "Sent from my own email" option

4. Next, complete the process to authorize Google to send emails via Goody with your permission
Pro tip: a more recognizable sender name (in this case, yours!) can mean your gifts will have a higher acceptance rate. We recommend this option when sending gifts to clients or other external parties outside your company.
5. Opt for the work Gmail account you'd like to use - please note you must be signed into that particular Gmail account already
6. Complete the secure Goody authorization steps to allow Goody to send the email on your behalf
Note: if you already have authenticated a Google Gmail account to sign in to Goody, then you will only see an additional authorization to allow sending email on your behalf. *If you do have your Goody account setup to authorize login via Google, you must opt for that same work Gmail address, if utilizing this feature.
Important notes about this feature:
If a gift batch recipient list is larger than 450 recipients, the gift notifications will be sent over multiple days- with a maximum of 450 notifications sent each day
If a recipient unsubscribes from a gift notification they will no longer be able to receive email from you via this Gmail account
If an error occurs within a gift send, an error will be displayed on the TRACK page that allows you to re-authenticate and fix the error
