You can use Zapier to create large order batches (with many recipients), but keep in mind that there's a limit to the number of gifts you can send before you need to verify your email to continue.
Order batches with more than 10 recipients
If you send to more than 10 recipients in a single order batch, then we create order batches in the background for performance reasons. This means that when creating an order batch to more than 10 recipients, you will receive a response where:
The order batch's status will be
pendinginstead ofcomplete, indicating it's still creating the orders in the background.The
orders_previewfield will not contain the complete list of orders.
You can use the Get Order Batch action to query the order batch by ID to check on its status.
Once the status goes to complete, you can use the Get Orders in Order Batch action to query the order batch by ID and return the orders inside, which will return the first 100 gifts in the order batch.
