Memberships can be managed on Pet Owner profiles

  • A tag/chip is displayed to the right of the owner’s name with the membership tier and icon.

  • A membership "card" on their profile displays their membership tier, recurring price, and next payment date.

  • Admin will access management options through the “more” three dots icon on the membership card. This will launch a modal.

  • Manage modal will display: Membership name, recurring amount, benefits list, purchased at location, member since date and next payment date. Admin will have the options to cancel membership and change credit card.

  • When a membership is cancelled, discounts/benefits will end immediately

NOTE: Membership Discounts will not be removed on previously made bookings (even though they take place in the future). Admin will have to go to those invoices and remove the discount if they no longer wish for them to apply. A cancelled membership tag will display on the payment page to notify the Admin that this pet owner no longer has an active membership.

  • If a membership is cancelled half way through a recurring cycle, there is no automatic refund. Admin will have to process a manual refund.

  • Once a cancel is confirmed, this cannot be undone.

Payment History & Refunds

Admins can access payment history in two ways on a pet owner's profile

  • On the Membership card

  • Purchases

  • Recurring charges will display on this table and clicking on a row will direct the Admin to that payment page.

  • On the payment page, Admin will refund go through a normal refund process.

Failed Payments

  • When a recurring payment has failed, an alert will display on the membership card on the pet owner's profile

  • Admin users can pull a report to see all the payments that have failed

    • Admin will navigate to that pet owner's profile and update the credit card on the Manage Membership modal

  • A failed payment will not disrupt benefits/discounts being applied to bookings
