Payment Summary on Invoices
We’ve introduced a new Payment Summary section on invoices to make it easier to understand how and when payments are applied.
What’s changed
The Transactions tab has been removed. All of that information now lives in the Payment Summary.
You can review:
How much was applied
Whether a payment was a deposit or a later payment
The payment method (e.g., card, wallet, etc.)
The date and time each payment occurred
Additional information
Refunds are shown directly in the summary and can be issued from this section. Refunded payments are displayed with a strikethrough for clarity.
Pending or attempted payments are visible, and pending payments can be canceled when needed.
