You can view lodging assignments from two places:
Rooms Tab (Front Desk → Rooms) — A read-only overview of all your runs, rooms, and suites. Filter by offer type or resource type to quickly spot availability on busy days.
Lodging Assignment Panel — Accessed by clicking a space assignment on a specific invoice. Use this to assign a pet to a specific room for that booking.
How room assignment works
When assigning a room, you'll see:
Available rooms — Hover to preview invoice dates; click to assign
Rooms with conflicts — Flagged when a room is already occupied during the stay or the pet doesn't meet room restrictions. You can still manually override and assign if needed.
If no arrival or departure times are set on the invoice, the pet will occupy the full day by default.

🔴 Red | Conflict with Another Reservation |
A few things to note
Reservations cannot be created or edited from the calendar — use your standard invoice workflow for that
Each invoice must be managed and assigned separately
The room assignment drawer within the invoice edit page remains unchanged
