It is important to use our Knowledge Hub as a first port of call if something doesn't work as you expected. Chances are, we have already created an article on how to use the particular feature.

Bug notification - Log these bugs via Gorgias and we will investigate and respond as appropriate.

Feature enhancement - We use Canny to capture all feature enhancement requests. These requests will be reviewed and either implemented, or evaluated and prioritised based on the potential upside to the Roadmap community.
