Yes, we integrate with both Greenhouse's ATS and CRM.
In order to set up our CRM integration, you'll need to set up the ATS integration first (step-by-step instructions to setup the ATS integration here).
If you've already set up the ATS integration, there's one additional step...
Activating the CRM integration
Open up Grayscale and go to 'Settings' >> 'ATS Integration'
Copy both the URL and Secret Code and paste them somewhere for easy access
Next, open up Greenhouse and navigate to Setting >> Dev Center >> Web Hooks
Set up the following web hook:
Web Hook: Prospect Created
Name this web hook: Prospect Created
When: Find 'Prospect Created' from the dropdown
Endpoint URL: copy from Grayscale under Settings > ATS Integration
Secret key: copy from Grayscale under Settings > ATS Integration
From there, hit 'Save' and you're all set! 😁
This will allow you to start messaging candidates within a Pool via Bulk Messages.

NOTE: When you first get started with this integration, you'll need to move candidates to a new stage in order for them to appear in Grayscale (webhooks only pull in new/updated info, so you won't see prospects that have been sitting at an existing stage prior to activating this integration).
