Select the Transaction: Begin by going to your transaction history in the Green Nation app. Find and select the payment in question.
Tap ‘Get Help’: Once you’ve selected the transaction, tap on the ‘Get Help’ option. Here, you'll find different issues you can select that best describe your situation.
Submit Chargeback Form: If your issue qualifies for a chargeback, you’ll see a ‘Submit Chargeback Form’ button. Tap on this to proceed.
