1. Accessing the Permissions & Security Section
Open the GreenCast Connect app.
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon ⚙️).
Select “Permissions & Security” to manage your settings.
2. Enabling/Disabling Notifications
Notifications keep you informed about important updates and alerts.
To manage your notification preferences:
Go to Settings > “Permissions & Security”.
Toggle the “Notifications” option on to receive updates or off to stop receiving them.
3. Camera Enabling
The app may require access to your camera for features such as scanning QR codes or capturing images.
To enable or disable camera access:
Go to Settings > “Permissions & Security”.
Toggle the “Camera” option on to allow access or off to disable it.
4. Location Enabling
GreenCast Connect uses your device’s location to provide localized data and insights.
To enable or disable location access:
Go to Settings > “Permissions & Security”.
Toggle the “Location” option on to enable location tracking or off to disable it.
5. Password Management
For security, you can set or change your password to protect your account.
To set or update your password:
Go to Settings > “Permissions & Security”.
Select the edit icon next to password.
Enter your current password, then choose a new one.
Save the changes.
