The Profile Section in GreenCast Connect allows you to manage your personal information and customize your profile settings. Here’s a simple guide to help you configure your profile.

1. Accessing the Profile Section

  • Open the GreenCast Connect app.

  • Go to Settings (tap the gear icon ⚙️).

  • Select “Profile” to view and edit your personal information.


2. Changing Your User Profile Image

  • Personalize your profile by changing your avatar (profile picture).

  • To change your avatar picture:

    1. Go to Settings > “Profile”.

    2. Tap on your current avatar or the placeholder image.

    3. Choose “Select Image” to select a new image from your device or take a photo.

    4. Crop or adjust the image as needed, and save.


3. Updating Your Display Name

  • Change the name displayed in the app.

  • To update your display name:

    1. Go to Settings > “Profile”.

    2. Tap “Display Name”.

    3. Enter your new name and save the changes.


4. Email

  • The email used for your organization is displayed here. This is the official email associated with your account.

  • Note: Your email cannot be edited from this section. Please contact support for any changes.


5. Updating Your Phone Number

  • Add or change your phone number for easier communication.

  • To update your phone number:

    1. Go to Settings > “Profile”.

    2. Tap “Phone Number”.

    3. Enter your new phone number and save.


Tips:

  • Profile Customization: Upload a clear avatar to personalize your profile for a more professional experience.

  • Accurate Info: Ensure your email and phone number are always up to date for easier communication and notifications.

  • Start Week On: Choose the start day of your week that fits your schedule and workflow.
