Learn how to create a custom training course in Greenius using YouTube or Vimeo videos. This guide walks you through adding course details, chapters, and quizzes before publishing the course for your team.

Create a Training Course

In Greenius, navigate to Training
At the top of the Training page, toggle to Courses
Click the + Create Course button in the top right
Name your Course and (optional) add a Description and Tag(s)
Click Create Course to continue
Add Lessons by clicking the + Add First Lesson button
Name the Lesson and either upload a video file from your computer or link a YouTube video
When finished, click Add Lesson
From here, either add another lesson by clicking + Add Lesson or assign employees to training
Toggle to Quiz to add a quiz
Click the + Create Quiz button
1. General Settings
  1. Change the quiz title (optional)
  2. Set passing score (%) (This is the minimum score a crew member needs to pass the quiz.)
  3. Enter a description (optional)
    
    Note: Setting a quiz passing score requires admin permissions and can only be done on custom courses.
2. Questions
  1. Enter your question
  2. Enter answer options and make the correct one with the check mark. Use the X to delete choices. Use the +Add Another Option to add more choices
  3. Click + Add Question as many times as needed.
When you're done, make sure to click Save Quiz at the bottom
When you're finished, this course can be found back on the Training page
