Use the Recert and Exam Settings page to manage both exam requirements and training recertification in Greenius. From this page, you can set the required exam pass score, choose what learners need to complete again during recertification, define how long a certification remains valid before it expires, manage recertification reminder settings, decide whether previously completed courses can count toward a Learning Path, and turn weekly training summary emails on or off
Edit Recertification & Exam Settings
In Greenius, navigate to Settings > Training Settings > Exam and Recertification
Fill out each field using the key below:
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen when finished
⚠️ Your updated score will take effect immediately and apply to all future exam attempts.

Required Pass Score | This is the passing score for all of the multiple choice exams for the courses. | 💡80% will allow your employees to get 3 questions wrong on the 15 question exam and still pass. |

Pre Completion | Controls whether previously completed courses can count as already completed inside a Learning Path. | If enabled, Greenius checks whether the employee finished those courses within a selected timeframe; if disabled, they must complete them again inside the path. |
Mark courses completed in a learning path if already done within | Sets the time window used for the Pre Completion rule. | 💡12 months means a course already completed within the last 12 months can be marked complete inside the Learning Path too. |
