If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset your Manager account login credentials through the Greenius website or mobile app.

Before you start
To reset your own password, have the following ready:
Your Greenius username
The email address on file for your account
Manager login is separate from employee (Training ID) login — these steps are for Manager accounts. If you don't know your username, contact Greenius Support for assistance.
Self-Service Password Reset
Go to the Manager Sign In screen on the Greenius website or mobile app.
Below the login fields, click Forgot Password
Provide your Greenius Username and Email Address, then click Enter.
⚠️ Note: If you don’t remember your username, please contact Greenius Support for assistance.Open your email inbox for a message from info@gogreenius.com (check your spam folder if not visible). Click the Reset Password button in the email.
Follow the prompt to set a new password. Your new password must include:
At least 8 characters
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One number
One special character (e.g., @$!%*?&)
Note: An underscore ( _ ) does not count as a valid special character
Admin-Assisted Password Reset
Top Admins can reset passwords for other Managers. To assist a Manager:
Log in to your Greenius account
Navigate to Settings > Managers
Select the appropriate Manager, then click the pencil icon to edit.
Go to the Login Information tab.
Toggle Change Password to ON and enter a new password for the Manager.
Didn't receive the reset email?
If your reset email doesn't arrive, try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder for a message from Greenius.
Confirm that the email address on file matches the inbox you're checking.
Request a new reset. Support cannot resend the same reset link — a new reset must be triggered through Forgot Password.
Ask a Top Admin to set a temporary password for you using Settings > Managers > Login Information.
Still need help?
If no other Top Admin is available or you're still unable to log in, contact Greenius Support and they can help set a temporary password so you can regain access.
