Greenius Learning Paths allow you to group multiple courses into a structured sequence—making training more efficient and easier to manage. Employees will complete each course in the defined order, ensuring consistent progress through your training program.
Build a Learning Path
Log in to Greenius
Navigate to Training Library > Custom Builder from the menu on the left
Click Custom Learning Path
Enter Title of Learning Path (e.g., Landscape Technician – Level 1).
💡Tip: You may align these levels with your existing division structure or create new ones.
Choose a language for the Learning Path. Optionally, you can:
Upload a cover thumbnail image
Add category tags for easier sorting
Enter number of days this Training Course should be completed within
Click the green Courses button on the bottom right to continue.
Add & Arrange Courses: Select from the full catalog of Greenius Courses and any custom courses you've created.
Drag and drop courses into your preferred order.
Publish the Learning Path: Once you've finalized your course list and order, click Publish to save and activate your Learning Path.
⚠️ Note: Courses must be completed in sequence. Later courses will remain locked until previous ones are finished.
Your new Learning Path is now ready to assign to employees.
Click the Add Employees button
Use the checkboxes to select employees. When finished, click Add.
Select a Due date
Optional: toggle ON Add a reward
⚠️ Rewards are tracked only, are not distributed from Greenius. Your company will need to allocate any rewards tied to training.
When done, click Finished
