If you're returning to GreenPal and need to update your account details, such as your email address, home address, or credit card information, here's a step-by-step guide to ensure your account is current and ready for your lawn service needs.

Updating Your Account Details

  1. Log Into Your Account: Start by logging into your GreenPal account on the website. It’s recommended that you use a desktop or laptop for these changes, as the full website provides easier navigation than the mobile app.

  2. Navigate to Your Profile Settings: Once logged in, you can access your profile settings by clicking this link: Update Your Account. Ensure you are logged in before clicking the link to the settings page.

  3. Update Contact Information: In the menu, select "Contact Info" to enter your new email address and update your home address. This is crucial if you've moved and need services at a new location or your primary email has changed.

  4. Communicate with Your Service Provider: If you are continuing with the same lawn service provider, inform them of your new address directly. This ensures they know where to provide service and discuss any potential changes in service costs due to the new location.
