Adding additional yard work with your lawn company you hired with your GreenPal account is straightforward and can enhance your lawn care routine seamlessly. Here’s how you can do it:
First, log in to the GreenPal website and click the orange button in the middle of the screen that says "Add Additional Services." From there, select the services you want to add to your next mowing appointment. It’s as simple as that.
If you want to add services like weed control or shrub pruning to all future mowing visits or once a month, you can set this up through the mobile app.
Keep in mind:
If you don’t see the "Add Additional Services" button, ensure you have weekly or bi-weekly mowing scheduled with your lawn service. Only then can you add additional yard work to your service schedule.
You can only set up additional services through your dashboard if your vendor has quoted those services in the system. If they have, you should have received an email with the pricing details.
If your lawn service has not yet quoted these additional services, you can simply text them asking for a quote. Any additional work you approve verbally can be added to the cost of the next mowing appointment.
