If you’ve signed up for bi-weekly mowing but your schedule shows weekly appointments, don’t worry. Here’s how to update your schedule to reflect the correct bi-weekly mowing dates.

Steps to Update Your Mowing Schedule

  1. Access Your Appointments:

  2. Adjusting the Schedule:

    • Click the orange button in the middle of the screen labeled "Book Ongoing Mowings."

    • Select the start date and end date for your bi-weekly service. This new schedule will overwrite any previous schedule.

  3. Confirm with Your Lawn Care Service:

    • It’s a good idea to send a text message to your lawn care service to confirm they can accommodate your bi-weekly schedule.

    • Remember, due to weather, traffic, and equipment issues, they have a three-day window to complete your service. This means they can come the day before, the day of, or the day after your requested date.

  4. Setting Up a New Schedule:

    • If you need to set up a whole new schedule (e.g., changing from bi-weekly to weekly), follow the same steps and select the new start and end dates.

Important Considerations

  • All lawn services on the GreenPal platform are set up to take on clients for the entire lawn-cutting season, so your end date should be in October or November.

  • If you haven't received the desired bids, it's because these are all the vendors in your area with availability and interest.
