If you’ve signed up for bi-weekly mowing but your schedule shows weekly appointments, don’t worry. Here’s how to update your schedule to reflect the correct bi-weekly mowing dates.
Steps to Update Your Mowing Schedule
Access Your Appointments:
Click on "My Appointments" in the menu to see your scheduled and past appointments.
Adjusting the Schedule:
Click the orange button in the middle of the screen labeled "Book Ongoing Mowings."
Select the start date and end date for your bi-weekly service. This new schedule will overwrite any previous schedule.
Confirm with Your Lawn Care Service:
It’s a good idea to send a text message to your lawn care service to confirm they can accommodate your bi-weekly schedule.
Remember, due to weather, traffic, and equipment issues, they have a three-day window to complete your service. This means they can come the day before, the day of, or the day after your requested date.
Setting Up a New Schedule:
If you need to set up a whole new schedule (e.g., changing from bi-weekly to weekly), follow the same steps and select the new start and end dates.
Important Considerations
All lawn services on the GreenPal platform are set up to take on clients for the entire lawn-cutting season, so your end date should be in October or November.
If you haven't received the desired bids, it's because these are all the vendors in your area with availability and interest.
