By default, every new club shop uses the delivery settings defined on your distributor account (see Configure the default settings for your club shops). You're still in control: these settings stay fully customisable shop by shop, at any time. This lets you adjust delivery options, lead times, and pricing for each club, and even offer home delivery to all members.
Home delivery
From your distributor/sales dashboard, click the Clubs tab, then select the club.
Click the Shop tab, then the Shipping & Delivery section in the left-hand menu.
Go to the Home delivery orders section.
Toggle Enabled/Disabled to activate or deactivate home delivery.
In the Delivery cost field, set the fee for a home delivery.
In the Lead time field, enter the average time needed to deliver an order to a given address.
Click Save.
Grouped delivery to the club
From your distributor/sales dashboard, click the Clubs tab, then select the club.
Click the Shop tab, then the Shipping & Delivery section in the left-hand menu.
Go to the Grouped orders for collection section.

In the Delivery cost field, set the fee for a grouped delivery to the club.
In the Consolidation period field, enter the number of days during which orders are grouped before being automatically sent to your fulfilment app.
In the Processing time after consolidation field, enter the time you allow yourself to prepare a batch of orders.
Click Save.
In-store pickup
From your distributor/sales dashboard, click the Clubs tab, then select the club.
Click the Shop tab, then the Shipping & Delivery section in the left-hand menu.
Go to the Orders for in-store pickup section.
Toggle Enabled/Disabled to activate or deactivate in-store pickup.
In the Delivery cost field, set the fee for in-store pickup.
In the Lead time field, enter the average time needed to make an order available in store.
Click Save.
Free delivery threshold
To offer free delivery above a certain order value, click the Disabled toggle on the free delivery line. It switches to Enabled. Then set the minimum order amount above which delivery is free for members.
For example, you can offer free delivery on every order above €100. The threshold set here (also called the free shipping threshold) applies to all the delivery methods you've configured.
FAQ
Why does "Option unavailable" appear on a delivery option?
This message only appears when the option hasn't been enabled in the default settings.
In-store pickup: stays unavailable until at least one pickup location has been created — see how to add pickup locations.
Home or club delivery: check that the option is enabled in the default settings.
How do I know if an order is delivered to the club, to the member's home or in store?
The quickest way: check the order number prefix.
G-xxx: grouped order, delivered to the club
I-xxx: individual order, delivered to the member's home
P-xxx: pickup order, delivered to the store
The delivery address is also visible in three places:
In the right-hand column of the Orders tab on your distributor/sales dashboard
In the fulfilment app, on the right-hand side of the order
On the order's delivery note
Delivery is free for both a club order and a home delivery order: how do I tell them apart?
A €0 delivery fee tells you nothing about the delivery method. It can come from two different settings:
€0 delivery fee: you set a free rate for that delivery method (for example, grouped delivery to the club)
Free shipping threshold reached: the order amount is above the threshold set in the Free delivery threshold section. This threshold applies to all delivery methods, including home delivery
Tip: to know where to ship an order, rely on the order number prefix (G-, I- or P-) or the delivery address, never on the shipping cost.
