The Products feature in Groovio, located under Retail > Products, allows you to manage retail items sold at your studio. You can add and organize products, including variants, to keep track of inventory and make purchasing easy for your customers.

Creating a New Product

To add a new product:

  1. Go to Groovio > Retail > Products and click Create New Product.

  2. Enter the following product details:

    • Product Name: The name of the item.

    • Category: Select a category from the dropdown menu.

    • For each variant, you can add a Variant Tag to distinguish it (e.g., "Red" for color or "Medium" for size).

    • After adding a variant, click Click to Generate to:

      • Generate an SKU code.

      • Set variant-specific quantity and prices.

    • Note: Variants cannot be added after product creation, so ensure all variants are included when setting up the product initially.

Managing Products

In the Products view, you can see an overview of all items, including product name, price, and quantity. For each product, the following actions are available:

  • Edit: Update product details, including price and quantity.

  • Remove: Delete products that are no longer available.

  • View: See the full details of each product.

  • Archive: Move products to an archived state when they’re no longer in stock but may need to be referenced later.

  • Share: Share product details with students or on social media.

The Products feature in Groovio makes it easy to organize and manage your studio’s retail items, helping you keep inventory up-to-date and accessible for customers.
